Our GENERATION 10 (G10) CERAMIC coating has been continuously perfected for more than a decade. G10 Duralon Blue is exceptional in every category, heating fast and evenly, releasing food effortlessly, and being extraordinarily durable. The ceramic coating is not chemically non-stick but comes very close.

The DURALON BLUE HARDNESS is rated at 9H, making it extremely strong. It has HIGH resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and acid, ensuring it won't chip or discolor and will retain its non-stick properties longer.
